CONFIRMATION

You will receive an e-mail confirmation from Havas summarising the tours and/or transfers that you have registered for.

PAYMENT

Havas will debit the payment upon receipt of the reservation form.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

• Rates shown are in US DOLLARS per person.
• Tours & transfers are provided on air conditioned vehicles with an English Speaking guide.
• Rates include:
  – Local and service taxes, accordingly;
  – Meals mentioned in the programme;
  – Entrance tickets.
• Rates do not include:
  – Any personal expense;
  – Air tickets;
  – Meals not mentioned in the programme;
  – Porterage at airports & hotels.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Reservation changes or cancellation must be sent to Havas, the official agency, in writing via e-mail or fax.
• Airport transfers and tours – Cancellation without penalty up to 2 days prior to the event. After this, 50% will be charged.
• Pre and Post Tours – Cancellation without penalty up to 7 days prior to the event. After this, 50% will be charged.
• The organisers reserve the right to cancel tours with less than 2 participants.
